A client dedicated to promoting mental health and spreading awareness on substance abuse. They cater to every issue related to mental, emotional, and physical well-being of a person.

Challenges

  • The lack of a cohesive communication structure among multiple administrators working on the page resulted in a discrepancy between the intended target audience and the actual audience reached.
  • Disparity in their existing communication language is generally used to promote mental health and the client’s belief in certain use of terminologies.

Approach and Execution

  • Design and content language optimization: A single, structured, and research-driven (communication structure to elevate design and content quality) approach was taken to create a single communication on the page through the elevation of the content and design quality, ensuring effective communication on the page.
  • Exploring various content types to increase page visibility: Through research and a statistical approach, we were able to convey to the client how exploring various content categories may have a significant influence on the page's visibility. We were able to (creating social awareness)and relatability by shifting the focus to reel representation of content rather than static representation.

Results:

  • - Our strategy of creating an online presence for an offline impact resulted in a rise in inquiries, collaborations, and engagement.
  • - Rise in the number of followers, inquiries, and collaboration opportunities.
